The show is packed with Formula 1 news, sassy looks back at the grunge era and 1980s nostalgia on red carpets
With one month to go until they convene, Edinburgh’s Spiegeltent is already buzzing with anticipation for the world’s biggest gathering of driving enthusiasts.
Collectors, racers and gurus will gather on a daily basis between 14 September and 14 October to experience more than three million new and vintage car parts, all crammed into this unique venue.
But the scope of the show also extends to an amazing fashion parade that is previewed on the red carpet leading up to each evening’s lavish Grand Parade.
Lots of shapes and sizes are paraded during these displays, but on the two nights of the 16-day festival we’ve had a sneak peek into the funky ’80s and ’90s.
Reviving threads from the era, some of the pictures you’ll see depict sequins, sequins, and more. Just take a look at the images below, and come to the show on the 14th and 15th October to see for yourself!

Photojournalist Andy Grippen was the man behind our panel of expert panel of photographers, who comprised the show’s guest judges. Interviews with Andy, and the four brilliant judges were played on the huge CineFix screen above. The show also featured six short films commissioned to screen during the gallery to give a flavour of the show’s content.

Take a walk around the world
This programme was introduced by Goodwood Festival of Speed media director Simon Swarbrick. The programme’s scale made for a very good show, but these cars made for interesting stories.
